Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled at any time prior to being processed and shipped.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Return Authorization (RMA Required)
All returns must be authorized in advance by EZTSZ® / E Z Tech Solutions®.
Customers must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by contacting:
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused or returned to sender at the customer’s expense.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, all items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within the applicable return window
- Items must be in the condition outlined below based on category
- Items must not be damaged, altered, or tampered with
- All accessories, components, and contents must be included unless otherwise stated
Return Windows:
- Brand New Items: within 30 days of purchase
- Used / Refurbished Items: within 14 days of purchase
Returns for Brand New Items
Refunds for brand new items are determined based on the condition of the returned product:
- Full Refund:
Items returned in original, unopened condition with all original packaging intact - 20% Restocking Fee:
Items that have been opened but include all original packaging, accessories, and contents - 30% Restocking Fee:
Items that are opened and missing original packaging, but include all accessories and contents - No Refund:
Items that are missing packaging and missing any accessories or contents, or items that are damaged, altered, or tampered with
Returns for Used / Refurbished Items
Refunds for used or refurbished items are determined based on inspection and condition:
- Full Refund:
Items returned unopened in the original shipped postal packaging - 30% Restocking Fee:
Items opened from shipping packaging but show no signs of usage and include all accessories and contents - 50% Restocking Fee:
Items opened from shipping packaging that show minimal usage (such as testing functionality or confirming compatibility) and include all accessories and contents - No Refund:
Items that show clear signs of usage, or items returned with missing accessories, components, or contents of any kind
Refusal of Delivery
Refusing delivery of an order does not cancel the purchase.
If a shipment is refused and returned to EZTSZ® / E Z Tech Solutions®, the return will be processed in accordance with this policy and may be subject to:
- Applicable restocking fees
- Return shipping charges
- Any additional carrier fees incurred
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Clearance, “Sold As,” or “AS IS” items (all sales final)
- Software of any kind once delivered
- Services or support once provided
- Items made to customer specifications or personalized
- Items not suitable for return due to hygiene or health protection reasons once unsealed
- Items that have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery
Return Process
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost and risk of returning items.
We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. EZTSZ® / E Z Tech Solutions® is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.
Refunds cannot be issued without:
- Receipt of the returned item, or
- Valid proof of delivery
Shipping Damage Disclaimer
All items must be inspected upon delivery.
If an item arrives damaged:
- You must notify EZTSZ® / E Z Tech Solutions® within 48 hours of delivery
- You must retain all original packaging and provide supporting photos
- Claims submitted after this period may be denied
Failure to follow these steps may result in denial of a refund or replacement.
Inspection & Approval
All returned items are subject to inspection and evaluation prior to be approved for processing.
EZTSZ® / E Z Tech Solutions® reserves the right to determine refund eligibility based on the condition of the returned product.
Any item that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy may:
- Be denied a refund
- Be subject to additional fees
- Be returned to the customer at their expense
Fraud & Abuse Prevention
To protect against fraud, abuse, and misuse of our return policy EZTSZ® / E Z Tech Solutions® reserves the right to:
- Refuse returns that show signs of excessive use or abuse
- Deny refunds for items intentionally damaged or altered
- Limit or reject returns from customers with a history of excessive returns
- Take appropriate action in cases of suspected fraud, including reporting to relevant authorities
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, a gift credit may be issued upon successful return.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
